What is the editorial process you follow?

It depends on what the client requires. We can even offer processes that include multiple editors. We will plan our process as per your needs. Once the document is edited, we have our in-house expert QC the document to ensure high quality.

What’s the difference between light and substantive editing?

Light editing involves checking and taking care of the following:

What if I have a light editing or copyediting or proofreading project and I do not want to make an online payment without first discussing my project with your sales team? This means I need the custom option and not the pre-paid one. Will that work?

Absolutely! The pre-paid option was set up entirely for your convenience. Though we recommend that customers with relatively straightforward requirements and documents shorter than 5000 words opt for pre-paid editing, you are welcome to discuss your project with us before you make a decision.

Do note that for custom projects we have a $150 minimum order requirement whereas the pre-paid editing project does not have such a requirement. Use our customer enquiry form to contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

How soon can you get my job done?

Document of up to 5000 words can be turned around within 4 days, at the maximum. We can do speedier processing too, but the charges will be higher.
