Bangalore can be best described as Banga (lure). Considered to be one of the most happening cities in India, Bangalore has become a major hub for techies. It is not only IT or BT that is driving people to this city, but well planned residential areas, growing property demand and the pleasant weather are some of the major attractive factors.

Choosing a location
From hi-tech villas to a simple one room house, the choices are plenty in Bangalore. But the rent/price of it depends on the location you choose. If you are looking for houses which are located in the heart of the city, or the ones which are easily connected to the city, then your pockets need to expand. Or in case, you are ready to adjust in the inner parts of the city, you can breathe easy. There are places in Bangalore which are more or less exclusively known for its commercial colour. It includes places like MG road, Infantry road and Brigade road. You may find it difficult to get a house in this area, but there are well-planned residential areas near to it which includes Koramangala, Indiranagar, HAL and Jayanagar. Bangalore has today become a purely cosmopolitan city, but you can find a mini Kerala, mini Tamil Nadu or mini Delhi here. Sadashivnagar
One of the costliest residential areas in Bangalore. You can find ministers, MLAs and top notch politicos as your neighbours here. Located in the north part of the city, it is one of the best residential areas in the city.

Indiranagar
A stylish, yet an average budget locality in Bangalore. Well connected to the city, today Indiranagar has become one of the main shopping locations. Pubs, bars, gyms, top class cloth houses, parks, hospitals, and hotels - this eastern suburb is a place to live.

Koramangala
Near to Indiranagar, yet another stylish and medium budget locality. Here you can find a good number of techies. Well planned houses, good roads and its proximity to the city make it a dear location.

Banashankari and Jayanagar
Medium budget places with good infrastructure, this makes Banashankari and Jayanagar an ideal place for living. Techies working at Electronic city area may find these places comfortable.

Malleshwaram
It is the 'green' factor that comes to one's mind talking about Malleshwarm. One of the greenest and most beautiful places in Bangalore, this suburb is occupied by Kannadigas.

Marathahalli
Close to Whitefield and Sarjapur Road, Marathahalli is the most preferred area by techies. Mostly bachelors find their den here. But today, scores of flats have changed the face of this small area. A medium budget locality with well connected roads to any part of the city is what makes Marathahalli a much sought after place.

BTM
Working at diary circle, electronics city or Madiwala area, then BTM Layout is the place for you. This small budget locality is mostly filled up by techies and students. Well connected roads and a congenial environment is what BTM promises

Madiwala
An area for small budget house seekers, Madiwala has today become one of the most crowded areas of Bangalore. It can be best described as an area surrounded with temples. Techies, students, and lot other professionals find Madiwala a very convenient location as far as connectivity and infrastructure are concerned.

HAL
Comes in between Indiranagar and Marathahalli. This area is mostly occupied by families. Well connected to the city and better infrastructure makes it dearer. You can find any number of medium budget houses in this locality.

K.R Puram
Another area dominated by techies is Krishnaraja Puram or K.R Puram. Well connected to the city, you can find hundreds of flats in this area, depending on your needs.
