• Chat/ Voice conference with you using programs like Yahoo messenger, Google talk, MSN messenger or Skype
• View photos you have uploaded online and upload their own photos themselves.
• Read full-text books and free ebooks online without having to spend a penny.
• Book Indian Railways Tickets online
• Check their credit card balance and pay their bills online
• Maintain their bank account records
• Check local and international news online
• Book air tickets online (especially Air Deccan and other discount airline tickets) and look for travel package deals too
• Buy books online at Indian bookstores
• Buy almost anything online including groceries and electronics
• Find volunteer opportunities online and even find a telecommute job online
• Use Google and Wikipedia to get more information about their health conditions and pretty much anything.
