But as far as living in these cities is concerned, you surely can’t go unprepared to start your life there. Here are some of tips that will will provide a great “starting point” for anyone lloking to relocate to Noida.

As far as landmarks is concerned there are a number of important destinations in Noida including the software technology park, Film City, Malls, and a golf course. The city has good hotels and resorts. But for starting your living in this city you will have to dip into your pocket a little deeper. The real estate rates here are high and the distances are much.
Noida – Cityscape
To help in the decision, it is important to understand the basic city layout. The city is divided into sectors. Currently it has around 130 sectors. Of these the sectors from 20 to 62 are the main residential hub of Noida. They offer several apartments, individual houses, and housing societies at different rates. These sectors are also well connected to the rest of the NCR by bus. Construction of the Metro is also almost completed in these areas, which adds to the convenience of the people in Noida.
Land rates in these areas vary a great deal. It ranges from Rs. 4000 to even 20,000 per sq ft. to even low as Rs. 400 to 500 per sq.ft. as in setor 22. Similarly flat rates vary from Rs. 3000 to 7000 per sq. ft. with sector 62 being the costliest and the societies in sec 37 & 26 being the least expensive.
The 12 to 19 belt is the main corporate hub of Noida. It has markets, malls, and several offices of major companies. Thus these areas have high land rates. These areas are recommended for buying & selling properties for business works but not for accommodation.
Connectivity
The really advantageous thing about the city is that it has good wide roads and is very well connected to the neighboring areas like Delhi, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad etc. by an excellent service of bus and auto. The Delhi Noida Direct (DND) Flyway, a world class toll bridge connecting Noida to Delhi, drastically cuts down distances, traffic jams and pollution. The average travel time from Noida to Delhi through this bridge is 8 minutes, which would otherwise have been about 40 minutes. An expressway from Delhi to Greater Noida goes through Noida and connects Noida to both the cities.
By mid 2009 the Delhi metro will also be inaugurated. This will connect Noida to the main places of Delhi besides interconnecting various places within Noida itself.
Besides, the Agra express highway is also proposed to be constructed on the east bank of Yamuna. The main objective of this highway is to reduce the load on National Highway No. 2, to develop industrial and commercial centres near the east bank of Yamuna and to reduce travel time. This highway will be connecting Greater Noida with Dankaur, Javer, Tappal, Jatari, Naujheel and Mathura.
Noida also has a large sports stadium, which is being upgraded currently to host the 2010 Commonwealth Games.
