Profile: Content Coordinator/Website Content Manager

Chillibreeze is looking for an enthusiastic, disciplined, hardworking and honest person from Shillong or the North East to join our Web and Marketing Division. This job involves launching, implementing and maintaining new web applications, technologies and techniques to enrich our websites and enhance operations via the web. This is not a technical role but the selected candidate will typically work with easy-to-set-up plug and play web applications.

This is the perfect job for someone who wants to learn and stay abreast of latest ways of engaging website visitors, creating new customers, assisting existing customers, generating feedback and more. The profile will fit those who are motivated by seeing their work increase website activity and e-commerce sales.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the creation of newsletters, web pages, product reviews, blog posts and descriptions.
• Updating Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn to create and build a positive image of our products and services.
• Actively contributing tips, FAQs, tutorials and other content to help website visitors learn about our products. This writing role also includes gathering and publishing customer comments, reviews and quotes so customers know how to use our products.
• Providing awesome customer support that includes responding immediately to emails, answering questions, providing the support the customer needs and encouraging customers to comment, write reviews, and ask questions.
• Continually evolving and improving the process to generate the most user content while creating the most satisfied customers.
• Providing constant feedback to the product development team so they can build products that fit customers’ needs.
• Using every possible contact with those who have purchased our products to create user-generated content including case studies, testimonials and general feedback.

Requirements:

• Should be able to write emails effectively and communicate clearly in English to global customers.
• Should have a solid understanding of Internet marketing and social media.
• Must be able to connect and engage with global customers.
• Must be able to prioritize ideas and bring together and implement solutions using emerging technologies, perspectives and the requirements of people.
• Should be able to come up with new ideas to solve customer problems.
• Must be able to focus for long hours, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must have a basic understanding of functions and features of websites.
• Must learn and become proficient in all aspects of using emerging technologies and perspectives of websites.
