Corporate Communications Specialist (Location - Chillibreeze, Shillong: STPI Office)

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a blended role that includes internal and external communication. The selected candidate will create and deliver a wide range of marketing and sales material as well as assist the sales manager to communicate directly with global customers via email.

Chillibreeze provides editing and PowerPoint makeover services to large companies and business consultants in over 10 countries. The production staff work from the Software Technology Park in Shillong India. Others (writers and editors) work virtually across India. RESPONSIBILITES

Write and develop compelling visual web pages to differentiate Chillibreeze from its competitors.
Communicate via email with potential customers as a backup for the sales manager.
Drive the collection and analysis of customer feedback to inform effective marketing programs.
Write and develop visual PDF documents to support sales.
Identify website content that needs to be edited or removed.
Expand the use of the company CRM to maximize the potential of each lead.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years experience writing content/copy.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
Knowledge of PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong media and marketing intuition.
Ability to do online research then analyze and incorporate into written materials.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
Capable of turning ideas into action that produce results.
Experience managing with the talent to motivate and inspire.
