Customer Support (Virtual)

The person who fills this job must learn the needs of customers while giving them awesome support. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn how to evolve a product by listening to customer problems and serving their needs. The candidate selected for this position will do 3 things: 1) Chat with potential customers 2) Respond immediately by email to all product sales 3) Encourage customers to make comments, write reviews, comment and ask questions.

Responsibilities

Help customers buy, download and use our digital products.
Answer questions and provide the support customers need.
Implement a quality online question and answer section that builds quality content and helps customers.
Encourage customers to write product reviews by following up several times after sales while providing incentives.
Continually evolve and improve the process to generate the most user content while creating the most satisfied customers.
Use every possible contact with customers to create user generated content including case studies, testimonials and general feedback.
Provide constant feedback to the product development team so that they can build products that fit what customers want.

Requirements

Must be able be a people person able to resonate with global customers.
Should have good English writing and communication skills.
Should be entrepreneurial and be able come up with new ideas to solve customer problems.
Solid understanding of Internet marketing and social media expected.
Serving and satisfying customers should be enjoyable and fulfilling.
