ROLE

The web developer role with Chillibreeze, a very fast-growing company, involves launching, implementing and maintaining new web applications to enrich our websites and operations. The selected candidate will setup, launch and manage 3rd party resources with the assistance of a junior web developer and an exclusive team of writers. Helping the organization leverage the power of the internet by integrating and launching cutting edge and user friendly web technologies while ensuring that his/her work produces efficiency across the company and increases sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advising and implementing enhancements to company websites ensuring that the websites meet search and accessibility standards
• To continually evolve the web technologies and trouble-shoot websites and internal network problems and implement solutions to keep it commercially competitive
• Design solutions from a non-technical perspective that are simple plug and play yet powerful.
• Drive the implementation utilizing the features of Vbulletin, CMS, rewards points system and more.
• Stay abreast of the latest web tools, methods, engaging site visitors with the help of SEO tools, creating new customers, assisting existing customers, generating feedback, and more on trends.
• Develop and implementing of the company’s internet strategy.
• Research, evaluate, recommend and implement emerging technologies, and products to enhance the web users experience and generate traffic.

REQUIREMENTS

• Disciplined, well developed work habits and family support.
• Relevant Web Development experience of HTML, CSS, PHP
• Experience with CMS like WordPress and other web technologies.
• Suggest and implement strategic ideas and inspire commitment.
• Must be familiar with the dynamics of company systems like CRM, CMS, experience with Adobe Dreamweaver is a plus
• Experience managing people and projects.
• Experience with SharePoint, Basecamp, Vbulletin, Google Apps preferred.
• Enthusiastic and have good communication skills
• Big picture oriented with ability to focus on priorities.
