Refunds

A refund will be made to a customer who has reasonable concerns that the product received did not match the product description. Email us at product-sales @ chillibreeze.com to request for a refund, after providing the details of the purchase and the reason for such a request.

Delivery of Product

After placing a formal order for a downloadable product, you will receive an email with a link to the product. If for some reason you are unable to download the file, please email us at product-sales @ chillibreeze.com and we will send you the link or the product itself.
