Editing content at run time: Online web content editing services

Do you have a website that is being populated everyday with tons and tons of content? How can you edit directly on my website? Can you do this as and when my content flows in?

Once we have your CMS login information and style guide, our editors will go through the existing content and also such content that your other vendors/partners upload on a daily basis. They will edit this content for language and structure, keeping it consistent with your style guide and compliant with general web standards. This editing will happen at run time, so all your live content will be simultaneously checked for language, style, and tone.

This sounds great. But, how will I know how much content has been edited in a day?

You can check your CMS randomly at any time to know how much content has been edited. Alternatively, our Project Management team can also send you weekly reports (with specifications) on the total amount of content edited during that week. This will help you keep track of the progress.

How many people can you assign to my project?

We can assign a dedicated team of full-time or part-time writers based on the volumes. This team will work along with a project manager exclusively for your project.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the quality of your online editing service?

Just give us an idea of how you want the content edited and also your website style guide and other content guidelines. Our editors will follow your style guide and edit the content accordingly. You can always give your feedback to our project coordinator who will interface with you regularly. This feedback will be passed on to our editors and incorporated immediately.
