Process
For each presentation component, we first produce a draft, ask for your feedback, and then make changes in accordance to that feedback. Sometimes, we repeat that process for a given piece of the PowerPoint presentation. That is iteration. Our iterative presentation design and production process also helps to ensure that the deliverable is consistent with your expectations, requirements and with what you had in mind when you contacted us.
Client Involvement
You will play a vital role in the development of the deliverable. Since you are paying for a custom presentation, you have the right to dictate what that presentation is. Our experience is that client involvement always results in a better PowerPoint presentation and a more satisfied client. Your involvement starts with a clear brief to our team and continues throughout the project and is equally critical throughout.
As Class Presentations involves great attention to specifics to aid student’s attention, our team understands this and therefore all the more focus is on every nuance in the presentation. Equal care is given – be it a bullet point or an additional notation.

How long does it take you to complete a presentation?
For PowerPoint presentations, standard turnaround time is normally 24 hours. Higher-volume, outsourced clients receive faster turnaround. When available, rush turnaround is 48 hours or less.
What do I need to get started? How do I get started?
The first step is to request an estimate and have an email discussion about your PowerPoint presentation in order to define project specifications. We will then provide an estimate for your review and approval. Alternatively we can also speak over the phone or use Skype.
If we are not providing any editorial services, we just need your content. You can send it as MS Word (or other) text, MS Excel spreadsheets, faxed hand-drawn slides, loose images or a preliminary, rough PowerPoint presentation,
Once you have approved the estimate and sent your content, we will contact you in order to seek permission to start the project.
Do you work remotely? Do we need to meet in person?
While we would love to meet with clients in person, we understand this is not possible as we are located in India and almost 100% of our customers are located overseas. We use phone, fax, email, and FTP to work remotely with most all of our clients.
Will I see the presentation before it is complete? Will I have an opportunity to give feedback?
Yes, of course. We have an iterative, incremental, collaborative process that offers many opportunities to provide feedback.
