How this works

• First step: Identify the number of employees you wish to have assessed.
• Second step: Email us at testing at chillibreeze dot com with details of the number of employees you wish to assess.
• Third step: You will receive an invoice from our accounts department explaining how to make a payment (Rate: Rs 1200 per employee). Once your payment is processed we will send you the tests.
• Fourth step: Employees to complete the writing test, following the brief provided to the T and name the document correctly
• Fifth step: You can then email us* the completed tests at testing at chillibreeze dot com
• Final step: Receive scores and transcripts from our editorial team. Detailed feedback on individual tests can go directly to employees or be routed via your Human Resources/Training Department.

Assessment vs. References

Letters of reference can be fabricated, recommenders can be influenced but test results from a reputed content company can be taken seriously. We would be happy to send the results of all employees or potential hires directly to your organization.
