Chillibreeze Celebrates a 15 Year Milestone

Shillong, Meghalaya: Chillibreeze Solutions Pvt. Ltd, a locally registered company, today announced and celebrated a major milestone of being incorporated for 15 years. In the face of Covid lockdowns, the staff pressed on through many trials. This milestone is about impact because Chillibreeze is a company operating with the purpose to raise and develop responsible employees.

I have seen and experienced what the transformational power of work can do in a person’s life. Six years ago, when I joined the company, I was motivated by a good job with a great salary. Today I am more driven because I have meaning through the company’s purpose. I am proud of our team who create value for our global customers every day.

This news comes in the wake of many recent initiatives and accomplishments of the company, including:

• Initiating a NEW virtual online Chillibreeze Inspire Course which has impacted over 150 Youth of Northeast India 
• Initiating the investment and launch of three NEW start-up ventures:
  • Tiny Cabins
  • 3,000 Steps Wild Coffee 
  • The Regenerative Umphrew Farm
• The accomplishment of successfully setting up the Chillibreeze branch office in Aizawl, Mizoram. 

15 years! It’s incredible and humbling to have experienced the last 11 years of its undeniably exciting journey. Going from just over 20 employees to more than 150 responsible people. Chillibreeze expanded to Mizoram after 13 years with 30 responsible people in just one and a half years. Our Aizawl branch is capturing the talent of local Graphic Designers. I am truly grateful and honored for the opportunity to lead such amazing people working in our purpose-driven company here in Aizawl. We have created a strong team providing excellent service to our global customers. Here's to many more years forward with our journey!
