Our ethics are strong. Following is our Standard of Business Conduct with our Customers. These standards restate our longstanding commitment to uphold that responsibility and to provide a transparent window into the type of company our customers are engaging.
Standards of Business Conduct
Since our founding, our purpose, values, and principles helped us to provide quality and secured services to our customers. Employees are expected to abide by the law with honesty and integrity; comply with all lawful and reasonable instructions, and comply with the policies of the company.
During the term of employment and thereafter, employees are to hold in strictest confidence all confidential information, both technical and business information.
- Technical information refers to: Methods, processes, formulae, compositions, systems, techniques, inventions, machines, computer programs and research projects.
- Business information refers to: Customer lists, pricing data, sources of supply, financial data and marketing, production, or merchandising systems or plans.
The Company requires the Employees not to disclose information held to be confidential by the Company and requires new Employees to sign a non-disclosure agreement. The Company’s "Information" shall Include any of Company's confidential, proprietary or trade secret information that is disclosed to the Company by its customers or information learned in the course of employment.
The company has received and in the future, will receive from third parties their confidential or proprietary information subject to a duty on the Company's part to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes.
The company requires the employees not to compromise the company, its customers, partners or suppliers for personal gain. The employee should promote ethical behavior and encourage others to do so. Reporting evidence of unethical behavior or any breach of these rules to the appropriate authority within the Company. Lack of reporting will be considered equal to the offense not reported.
Illegal or Unethical Behavior
Employees are encouraged to talk to team leaders, managers, or other appropriate personnel when in doubt about the best course of action in an event of illegal or unethical behavior. In the event of a violation of any of the standards contained in this code, NDA, NCA, or in any other policy, practice or instruction of our Company, will result in disciplinary actions, including dismissal and strong action against the violator.
Anti-Corruption / Anti-Bribery
From its inception, the company has hired individuals with ethical values over skills. As a conscious company doing business for a purpose beyond profit, we uphold and practice anti-corruption and anti-bribery day in and day out. Every employee is aware of this high ethical standard. The company is known to vendors, suppliers, tax, and government authorities as being a company that takes the slow and ethical path to getting things done the right way. Employees report many stories where they practice and communicate the why behind our Anti-corruption or Anti-bribery policy.
Conflict of Interest and Employment
No Employee of the Company shall engage in activities that create for the individual conflict of interest. Conflict of interest includes accepting gifts from customers, conducting business for personal gain, communicating with the customer for personal gain, planning a competing business, use of position to influence others, and employment-related to consulting and freelancing.
An employee cannot engage in any other employment, occupation, and consulting or other business activity related or non-related to the business in which the Company is now involved or becomes involved during the term of employment.
Employees are expected and required to disclose any such conflicts to the appropriate authority. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and legal action and immediate termination.

We are committed to ensuring that all information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we use and/or collect. The Chillibreeze Human Resource department conducts regular training on security and confidentiality.
Compliance with Laws
Chillibreeze is committed to full compliance with the laws, rules, and regulations of the country in which it operates. Employees are expected to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations when performing their duties both in letter and in spirit.
Employees, at the time of appointment, sign an NDA agreeing not to disclose information held to be confidential by the Company. The Company’s "Information" shall include any of Company’s confidential, proprietary or trade secret information that is disclosed to the Company by its customers or information its employee otherwise learned in the course of employment such as, but not limited to, business plans, customer lists, financial statements, Software diagrams, flow charts, electronic documents, and product details and plans.
Conflict of Interest
Conflicts of interest are prohibited as a matter of Company policy as expressed in the company NDA and NCA. We are expected and must handle in an ethical manner any actual or apparent conflict of interest between personal and business relationships.
At all cost employees will not improperly use or disclose any information or proprietary information or trade secrets of any former or current customer of the Company to another person (s) or entity/entities.
Chillibreeze is subject to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information entrusted to employees by the Company or by persons with whom our Company does business, except when disclosure is authorized or legally mandated. Confidential information includes all non-public information that might be of use to competitors of, or harmful to, our Company or persons with whom our Company does business if disclosed.
