Below are the details that will help you get a better picture of our payment and processes.
Payment Process Options
1. Purchase Order/ Retainer
- Purchase Order (PO)/ Retainer is set up from the client's end
- PO number is shared with Chillibreeze for tracking projects
- Work starts on receipt of the PO number
- Dedicated Point of Contact (POC) backed by a large team of PowerPoint experts
- Account set up with a Purchase Order for a minimum amount of $12,000.
- All work will be invoiced on a monthly basis.
- If an invoice does not reach a minimum spend of $1,000/month a flat fee will be invoiced for retaining our availability.
- All Projects are billed at an hourly rate
- Payment terms 7 days
2. Pre-Paid Account
- Account is set up starting with $8,000
- Payment is to be made in advance before the commencement of the relationship
- Account expires in 6 months.
- Unused balance will not be refunded, no exceptions.
- All projects are billed at an hourly rate
- Invoice is forwarded on signing the agreement
- Renewal invoice is forwarded when an account reaches 80% of the pre-paid amount.

*$25: This is our starting rate and which we mostly use when the project is being executed by a new team member whose work still has to go through a QA process.
*$35: is tracked when the work is being executed by a senior-level executive. Though the work falls within level 1; however the speed, knowledge, and experience that such staff adds have value in terms of the time-saving and overall experience.

How to Setup a Pre-Paid Account
If you choose to open a pre-paid account with us, below are the simple steps we generally follow to help us get started.
- Contact Details: Share your Finance point of contact, Billing Address and Phone number
- Confirmation: Confirm the amount to set up an account
- Pre-Paid Account Agreement: We will process an agreement requiring your electronic signature.
- Invoicing: Our Finance team will forward a work order and invoice.
- Account Set up: We will set up the account upon confirmation of the signed agreement and work order.
- Payment Options: Wire Transfer or Credit Card (transfer costs/banking charges to be borne by the client).
- Payment Terms: 7 days from the date invoice is issued. Work will stop if payment is not received.
- Requirements: Share your Billing Address and Phone number
- Confirmation: Confirm the amount to set up an account

Operation Details
- Chillibreeze will provide services Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Indian Standard Time (IST). Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM IST and we are closed on Sundays. The Chillibreeze time zone (IST) is +5.5 GMT.
- Slides must reach Chillibreeze before 9 AM IST to ensure an overnight turn around of your presentation.
- Overtime rate (after 6PM IST and after 1PM IST on Saturdays)—billed at one and a half times the normal rate.
- Additional expenses like third-party images will be itemized according to the needs of client.
