Are you having a tough time trying to upload a PowerPoint file, but the file size is too big?
It can be extremely frustrating, especially when you are in a hurry.
Well, don't you worry, I have a solution for you to get away with this problem.
In this blog, I am going to share tips to compress images in PowerPoint so that you can easily share your Presentation without a glitch.
Transcript
To check the current file size, you need to go to the backstage view of your PowerPoint presentation
Click on the File option on the top left of your PowerPoint screen, select the Info option under the Properties you will see the file size of your Presentation.
For example, in the video, the PowerPoint file size is 14.1MB.
To reduce the file size, you need to:
Step 1: Select the picture
Step 2: Go to Picture Format tab
Step 3: Select the Compress Pictures option
Step 4: A dialogue box will appear, select the Resolution option as per your requirement
Step 5: Click on the OK button
As you can see in the video, the file size reduced drastically by 10.98MB.
Please note: Reducing your file size to lower ppi (pixels per inch) will affect the resolution of your images and appear grainy, so please be careful when you adjust the file size.
Hope this helps you!
It does wonders for me as I have to send a large file size frequently.
