Finding a Dream Job in Shillong Changed My Life-Charity

Charity Majaw - Manager of HR and Admin I am from Shillong, Meghalaya and I joined Chillibreeze in November 2009 as a member of the PowerPoint Team. I was then already a mother to a one–year old baby girl, Rupa. There was no option but to work to support my extended family as no one else in the family had a steady job.

Before, Chillibreeze I was working in a car dealership in Shillong, as service support. My dream was to find a better job and to work with computers, something I loved to do.

But, finding a good job in Shillong is not easy, let alone something that pays well and provides a satisfying work environment.

Fortunately, I found Chillibreeze and a job of my dream!

Often people seek me out and ask me how they too can join Chillibreeze! This change in the mindset that youths are seeking to work in a company motivates me.

The people in the Northeast of India have only been looking at the Government as capable of providing steady employment. But now, they can see the possibility of working in a private company, where they can grow and achieve their goals.
