Irisha’s Homecoming
Before becoming Chillibreeze's head of training, Irisha taught in Shillong's schools, analyzed Airbnb fraud in Ahmedabad, and worked for eBay. Her persistent quest was to find a meaningful role that brought her closer to her roots.
Did Irisha find her calling in Chillibreeze?
“Yes, definitely. My calling has always been people. And right now, being able to lead the training team is giving me a lot of energy and I'm getting to do so much for the youth and the society as a whole. So yeah, this is my calling.”
Riwanki’s Potential
Prior to becoming a graphic designer at Chillibreeze, Riwanki had a diverse career—he served in government roles, contributed to Google Maps, engaged in day labor, and marketed phones and computers. Now, he's fully immersed in the creative world, even leading a Graphic Design services team for the Tech industry.
Why did Riwanki switch careers with us?
"I'm not going to sugarcoat things and say that I was really inspired by the company's purpose and vision from the beginning. I was yet to discover these things at that time. Back then, I just knew I wanted to be here. I did not know why, but I wanted to be here."

Pynshai’s Principle
Pynshai has promoted the dignity of work throughout his life, a belief we hold dear at Chillibreeze. From working at a tea stall to a computer institute, from being a hospital ward boy to being a hotel cashier, he has done it all. Now, he attracts top talent as a recruiter.
So, how was Pynshai's career switch with us?
"Initially, I was looking for a better income to support my family. However, after joining Chillibreeze, I discovered that this place is more than just a job. It is a place for an opportunity to learn, grow and most importantly, to realize one's own potential. So, here I am, eight years later. I am very grateful to Chillibreeze for everything I have gained that I wouldn't get elsewhere."
