Chillibreeze is a tough place to be in because it's beyond doing our job as tasks. Being in this work environment with many challenges requires tremendous grit, determination, and hunger to learn so we can thrive and add value to others. When I started my journey in the company, my biggest weakness was my low self-confidence. But as I moved ahead in my journey here, I overcame that weakness. It was not easy because the first step was I had to push myself out of my comfort zone. Reflecting on those times, I'm amazed by the growth I experienced in the company. I'm grateful to the company for giving me those opportunities that challenged me to speak in front of a group, give presentations, and train people multiple times. Because of these challenges, I worked on my weakness and developed my capabilities to add value to the company and other people around me through continuous learning and growth. All this would not have been possible without the team's and my family's support and guidance.
