Hey everyone! Annie here, and I'm super excited to share with you a slice of my world at Chillibreeze. The other day, our Aizawl Video Recruiting Ad got some love, and I received this sweet request to spill the beans on my Finance Recruiting and
Training journey. So here goes!
My journey with Chillibreeze began with anticipation and excitement. The warm welcome I received from team members instantly set the tone for an excellent start to my career. The company's commitment to fostering a positive work culture was evident from day one. This made it easy for me to integrate and find my place within the vibrant team.
Of course, every journey has its twists and turns! Let's dive into the nitty-gritty. Chillibreeze recruiting isn't for the faint-hearted, my friends. It's a rollercoaster of challenges and victories, from sifting through resumes and written tests to conducting interviews, attending the Inspire course, navigating the training period, and now maneuvering through probation. Interestingly, our work culture sets us apart – we put in more hours than most organizations, and some days, our day kicks off
with 8 am meetings. It's demanding, but that's what makes it thrilling—the adrenaline rush of finding the right fit is like scoring
a winning goal.
So, what inspires me to keep pushing forward in this wild world of recruitment and training? It's people, hands down
The talented minds I bring on board, and the fantastic team I work with. It's not just about numbers; it's about the stories and potential behind each candidate. That's the real magic.
Doing something new can be intimidating, and working at Chillibreeze isn’t for everyone. Things move fast here, so one must be ready to adapt, embrace change, and turn challenges into opportunities. The company stands out as a challenging environment that differs from other organizations. To do well here, individuals must consistently go above and beyond, embodying the GWC principle—Get it, Want it, and have the Capacity for the job. There are times when it gets hard, and there are moments when difficulty tempts me to give up. This makes me question my suitability for the company. But I don’t let these things scare me off. As long as I give my best and learn something new, I know there is no loss for me.

Finance Chillibreeze Team
Nobody has all the answers from the start, and that's okay. However, the devil is in the details! One must always pay attention, triple-check, and never underestimate precision power. While the journey may not be easy, the knowledge and values gained make Chillibreeze worthwhile.
So, there you have it, folks! A little glimpse into my world at Chillibreeze. It's a wild ride, but oh-so-rewarding. To all the new recruits gearing up for training, welcome aboard!
All I can say is embrace the challenges, find inspiration in the journey, and if you really want to grow, you need to be open minded and have a learner's mindset.
