How It Started

Bangermayang is a probationary employee from Nagaland who is now a part of the IT team at Chillibreeze.

“I found Chillibreeze through an advertisement in my local paper,” he recalls, reflecting on his initial steps towards securing a position. After several rounds of interviews and a few days in the Inspire course—where candidates' comprehension and resilience are put to the test—he successfully transitioned into training.

Challenges

Bangermayang joined through our third Nagaland Walk-In recruitment drive back in June, steadily progressing from training to probationary status. When he first joined the company, he was met with a series of challenges.

“Adapting to a routine and dynamic work environment was one,” he shares, and with Chillibreeze being his first professional work experience, he had to “learn on the fly” while completing tasks.

Although he’s new to the professional world, Bangermayang really captures his experience in facing challenges in a dynamic IT role at our company.

The Power of Connections

Despite these challenges, Bangermayang  credits the support of his mentors and colleagues for helping him overcome these initial difficulties. This “quickly adjusted” him to the work environment, wherein he “began to gain confidence.”

Expect Growth

To effectively manage his IT responsibilities, Bangermayang  kept detailed notes of issues and solutions.

“It helps me stay organized and proactive.”
