A Little About Me. I am B. Savio K. Shadap contributing to two core departments in Chillibreeze – Half the time in Operations and the other half as a team member of our AI adaption initiative. At heart, I am a curious person. I love learning new things, exploring new ideas, and trying out different approaches. Curiosity is what drives me—it pushes me to ask questions, dig deeper, and discover opportunities for growth. What motivates me the most is the chance to contribute to something bigger than myself. Being able to help others, whether through solving problems, simplifying processes, or inspiring growth, gives me genuine joy. For me, contribution is not just about the work I do—it’s about the impact I leave behind. But what is the use of things that motivate me without the right opportunities? Chillibreeze is unique in the way it provides an environment where the right fit people can see chances of doing things they love, and never dreamt of doing.
The Beginning: A Sales Journey
When I joined Chillibreeze, my initial role was in sales. Like most people starting something new, I was trying to find my footing—understanding the expectations, learning the workflows, and figuring out how best I could add value. Sales taught me a lot: how to listen, how to connect, and how to deliver value to customers. But even as I worked in sales, I found myself drawn to something deeper—the systems and processes that kept everything moving. The tools we used, the workflows that supported us, and the structure that ensured efficiency, etc. fascinated me. I realized I had a natural curiosity about how things work and how they could be improved. That was the first spark that shifted my path.

Discovering My Interest in Systems and Processes
Over time, I began spending more energy understanding our systems and processes. I wanted to know how tools connected with each other, how workflows could be streamlined, and how the right structure could make a team more effective. I was able to do this only because our company, Chillibreeze, encourages people to explore and learn – side by side with delivering on our responsibilities. With the guidance of my mentors and manager, I was encouraged to pursue my interest in systems further. Their support gave me the confidence to lean into this path. Slowly, my role shifted, and I found myself contributing in ways I had never imagined when I first started in sales. This experience taught me something invaluable: contribution often begins with curiosity. By following my curiosity and allowing myself to explore, and thanks to the supportive environment provided by the company, I uncovered a space where my skills could truly make an impact.
Tapping Into Another Skill: Public Speaking
As I grew in my role, I began to notice another area where I could
contribute—public speaking. Speaking in front of others has always been a skill I enjoyed and valued. I realized that I could use this strength not just for myself, but for the benefit of others. I saw the Inspire course and trainees’ sessions as an opportunity. These sessions weren’t just about sharing knowledge; they were about creating an environment where others could learn, grow, and feel inspired. By stepping into this space, I feel that I was able to contribute to the growth of individuals and, in turn, to the growth of the company. What excites me the most about this contribution is that it’s not just about me speaking—it’s about creating an impact that lasts beyond the session. If even one trainee leaves the room with more clarity, confidence, or motivation, then my contribution has meaning.
Looking Ahead: Contributing With AI and Automation
As I think about the future, I want to continue building on the contributions I’ve already made—both in systems and processes, and as a trainer. But I also see new opportunities ahead. One other area that excites me is artificial intelligence (AI). I hope to learn more and contribute to this area too.

My Philosophy of Contribution
Through this journey, I’ve learned that contribution is not a one-time act—it’s a continuous process of discovery, action, and reflection. For me, my contribution journey looks like this:
Discovered what sparked my curiosity. That’s where true passion lies.
Leveraged my strengths. Skills like public speaking are not just for personal growth—they’re tools to uplift others.
Thought about the bigger picture. Contribution isn’t just about me; it’s about how my actions create value for the team, the company, and the people we serve.
Stayed open to change. Roles evolved, technology advanced, and opportunities shifted. By staying adaptable, I can continue finding new ways to contribute.

Looking forward, I see an even more exciting journey ahead continuing to refine my contributions while exploring how AI and automation can transform the way we work.
