IIM Indore Interns Experience a One-of-a-Kind Chillibreeze Event

As interns from IIM Indore, the annual event provided a perfect introduction to the company's vibrant culture. We got a first-hand experience of Chillibreeze's essence by participating in the annual event. The theme, "Who we can be, we must be," resonated throughout the event. It all began with inspiring speeches given by team members, each one building on the previous. “We observed a real culture of perseverance and growth throughout the event, from CEO Ralph Budelman’s push-up challenge to Marlene's journey with the company. The vibe was electric, especially the band, made up of skilled team members, was a pleasant surprise.”

Afterwards, there was lunch, a delectable feast from Shillong’s best voted restaurant, City Hut Dhaba, that satisfied everyone's palate. Everyone in the crowd got their groove on during the Shift-Shift-Shift dance, which was one of the most exciting parts. We were left smiling from ear to ear by the end.

Throughout the event, from the awards ceremony to the launch of the new company, Uniquely Zizira Pvt. Ltd, and the announcement of the appointed CEO, Khrawpyrkhat Mynsong, there was a perfect mix of looking back and looking forward. Khraw’s powerful speech about finding purpose through hard work and his journey from humble beginnings to leadership demonstrated how Chillibreeze nurtures talent. He also introduced Uniquely Zizira’s brands encompassing 7000Steps coffee from across Northeast India and Muezart eri silk yarn, two unique home-grown initiatives supporting local farmers and artisans.

The Award Ceremony was distinctive in that the award recipients were not merely being awarded for their accomplishments, but also for the way they reflected the values of the company. The sincere appreciation and camaraderie on display was quite touching. All in all, this was more than just a corporate event. It was a celebration of people, principles, and Chillibreeze's potential.

We all left feeling inspired and grateful to be part of this supportive community, one that balances professional excellence with meaningful impact in people's lives.
