In the rush of daily responsibilities, it's easy to get caught up in work, exchanging quick updates but rarely stepping back to truly connect. But then came Nafissa’s brilliant idea—an activity designed to shake things up, challenge us, and bring us closer in ways we hadn’t imagined. And wow, did it deliver!

A Treasure Hunt designed for the HR team, aligning with the recently launched Guiding Practices. This activity was meant to shake things up, challenge us, and bring us closer in ways we hadn’t imagined.
The adventure began with Nafissa Kharkamni announcing the first clue. Three teams were formed: The Sentinel Tides, Cannonball, and Four-tune Hunters. The hunt involved solving various clues, with some teams facing challenges like low engagement and misdirect traps. As the hunt progressed, the competition intensified. What started as a simple team activity quickly turned into a powerful experience of camaraderie and fun. We strengthened our teamwork, laughed together, and discovered new sides of each other—especially with the two wild card entries from the IT and Training departments. Those moments were next-level fun!

Beyond the laughter and friendly competition, something deeper unfolded. This experience brought us face-to-face with one of our core pillars—our Guiding Practices. At first, we may not have realized how every small action, every choice we made, reflected these principles. But through this activity, we saw it clearly. We witnessed teammates living out these values, proving that they aren’t just words on paper—they define who we are and how we work together. Some stood out as true embodiments of our culture, inspiring the rest of us to do the same.
Rock Your Boat: Embracing Challenges and Growth
This activity was a perfect example of our Guiding Practice, "Rock Your Boat." It encouraged us to step out of our comfort zones, embrace challenges, and push our boundaries. By doing so, we not only strengthened our bonds but also grew individually and as a team. Each of us has our own story of how we’ve rocked the boat at Chillibreeze. Whether it’s taking on new roles, facing fears, or stepping into the unknown, we’ve all experienced moments where we had to challenge ourselves and rise to the occasion. This activity reminded us of the importance of continuously rocking the boat to achieve personal and professional growth.
