The process applies only to a one-time "project-by-project" plan

Official onboarding starts-the Sales team will send the SOW for Invoicing purpose before start of the work

A Project Manager will be introduced to take the project-at-hand forward

The deck goes through one round of Quality Control (QC) before delivering

Feedback is expected on the deliverable. In case rework is needed the same cycle starts

After confirmation, PM assigns the work that fits a designer in the large available team.

Deck is delivered back to the customer within the deadline

After 4 days a CSAT survey will be delivered to capture feedback
