Project Onboarding Process

The process applies only to a one-time "project-by-project" plan

This proposal is only for contacts that qualify for a short-term project

Sales filters for availability: in case the workload is too high

Official onboarding starts-the Sales team will send the SOW for Invoicing purpose before start of the work

A Project Manager will be introduced to take the project-at-hand forward

If a new project arises, the same cycle follows...

Sales responds within 24 hours after validating availability

Once, the SOW is signed and invoice details are provided, an invoice will be sent at the start of the project. PREPAYMENT ONLY

Project will be delivered on agreed TAT

Customer sends request to a PM and Projects alias with brief instructions

If instructions are unclear. PM can also reach out through Teams call for clarification

The deck goes through one round of Quality Control (QC) before delivering

Feedback is expected on the deliverable. In case rework is needed the same cycle starts

Confirmation email from PM stating deadline or if any questions

After confirmation, PM assigns the work that fits a designer in the large available team.

Deck is delivered back to the customer within the deadline

After 4 days a CSAT survey will be delivered to capture feedback
